Diaporos SUP – YOGA & Snorkelling

 

Diaporos is undoubtedly the perfect spot for SUP-YOGA, regardless of your level! The crystal and enchanting waters of the small beaches around the island of Diaporos create the perfect environment for you to jump onto your sup and then enjoy a relaxing yoga lesson that will remain unforgettable! Suitable for all ages as it includes swimming, taking pictures, enjoying snorkeling and of course gazing at the sunshine of Halkidiki.
Initially we take you to the beach of Paradisos with one of our brand new boats where we introduce you to our sun-shaped platform and 8 brand new sups. For the beginners, we first show you all the equipment and then we teach you the basic rowing techniques such as how to balance, how to stand up right, how to turn and how to stop.
Then we tie the sup on the platform in order to begin an excellent 60 minute yoga program by a specialist instructor. After that we enjoy a journey on the sups to the nearest beaches where you can cool in the crystal clear waters and we return back to the beach of Paradisos. There you will have plenty of time to swim, explore the area with a diving mask and take great pictures as well as sunbathe or just relax under the sun of Halkidiki. We take a short break and return to our base by paddling on our sup.

Diaporos SUP – YOGA & Snorkelling

 

For those who want to live something special we have created the excursion Sunset – SUP & YOGA in Diaporos
Our excursion begins with the transfer of the team participating in the program to the enchanting beach of Paradisos with a boat of our company.

Initially we provide the necessary information about the equipment, but we also teach the SUP rowing technique. Then we apply what we learned while enjoying a wonderful journey to the nearest beaches.

We admire its tranquil waters and return to the beach of Paradisos. Here is a break for relaxation where you have the opportunity to dive with a mask on the amazing seabed of the area.

The following 1 hour yoga program will help you escape and indulge in the beautiful and enchanting colors created by the sun set. And we close our tour with a relaxing return journey to our base by paddling onto the SUP.
